The two ways of offering Option One to your employees:

  • VOLUNTARY
    • EMPLOYER PAID

    VOLUNTARY:

    • Option One is offered as an employee benefit at NO COST to the employer.
    • Group rates of $50 annually are available to groups of more than 25 members.
    • Employee will be billed annually by Option One, thus NO EMPLOYER ADMINISTRATION is required.
    • Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express accepted.
    • If authorized by employer, the convenient monthly terms of $4.08 per family is a monthly payroll deduction.
    • For employees with a cafeteria plan, annual membership fees and dental services may be used as a pre-tax benefit.

    EMPLOYER PAID:

    • Option One is offered as an employee benefit and is paid for by the employer.
    • Group rates based upon number of employees.
    • Minimal paperwork needed to administer the plan.
    • Option One is a tax deductible benefit.
